Traveling to the grasslands of Inner Mongolia has been my wish for a long time. Due to various reasons, it has been delayed until this year. During the summer vacation in Shanghai, when the heat is unbearable, our family can enjoy the cool climate in the grasslands of Inner Mongolia and visit the beautiful prairie. Cozy enjoyment.

For the itinerary design to Inner Mongolia, I have considered many itineraries. At present, I think the most popular one is Hulunbuir. But from Shanghai to Hulunbuir, if you choose a direct flight from Shanghai to Hailar, the price is very expensive and not very economical. If you fly from Qiqihar or Harbin, or Changchun, the price can be about one-third cheaper, but it takes an extra day, which is not economical. After repeated research on the Baidu map, a route gradually became clear in my mind. This route is rich in tourism resources, not only to see the grasslands, but also to avoid the visual fatigue caused by seeing the grasslands every day, and to appreciate the typical grassland scenery. From August 11th to August 19th, the entire itinerary is 9 days, and the specific route has been designed in this way.

D1: High-speed rail Shanghai-Beijing South Railway Station, rent a car at eHi Beijing South Railway Station, go directly to Chengde, overnight in Chengde

Practical information

1. The climate in Inner Mongolia is pleasant in summer, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. It usually reaches 30 degrees during the day and more than ten degrees at night, but the body does not feel particularly cold. It is enough to bring an extra ordinary coat. The climate in Inner Mongolia is different from that in Northwest China. It is not very dry. If you wash your clothes at night, you may not be able to do it the next day.

2. Summer is the peak tourist season for this line, and the hotel costs are higher. Except for hotels in Ongniud Banner, which are relatively cheap, the slightly better hotels in other places are all above 500. Generally speaking, there are plenty of parking spaces in hotels.

3. The scenic spots in Hexigten Banner are very far away, and they are more than 150 kilometers away from the government seat of Hexigten Banner, so it is necessary to arrange the itinerary reasonably.

4. When you come to Inner Mongolia, you should taste the Mongolian food, which is delicious and reasonably priced. The whole roast leg of lamb is 288 yuan, and the per capita shabu shabu can be eaten for 100 yuan. But in Ulan Butong, not a city, the price is relatively expensive.

5. Tickets for Chengde Summer Resort are 145 yuan, tickets for Putuo Zongcheng Temple and Puning Temple are 80 yuan, tickets for Yulongsha Lake are 75 yuan, tickets for Ulan Butong are 120 yuan, tickets for Hamoba Huashugou are 30 yuan, Keshigten Tickets for Stonehenge are 150 yuan, tickets for Dalinuoer Lake are 90 yuan, and tickets for Huitengxile are 20 yuan. Relatively speaking, compared with tickets for similar attractions in other domestic regions, they are not expensive, but the price of tickets for Dalinuoer is a bit expensive. There is not much to do after entering. If you want to take a cruise ship, speedboat, etc., you have to pay extra. Even the telescope is free, and the others have to be paid. The tickets for other attractions are still worth the money.

6. There are some negative comments on the introduction of Inner Mongolia attractions on Ctrip. Don't be too gullible. These negative emotions will spoil your mood for travel. For example, there is a misleading comment on Baidu Map behind the Keshiketeng Stonehenge scenic spot. It is convincing, saying that you must follow the points on Ctrip's scenic spots. Please don't believe this comment, I am on this comment. Dang, I walked the wrong way twice, so what I want to say is that Baidu map navigation is no problem, just follow it. In Yulongsha Lake, in Keshigten Stone Array Scenic Area, follow the points of Ctrip's attractions, I was all taken into a ditch.

7. Many roads in Inner Mongolia do not have mobile phone signals. It is recommended not to turn off the navigation after it is turned on, especially when getting off the car halfway to view the scenery. After turning off the navigation, the navigation cannot be turned on because there is no signal.

8. As long as I walk on the road according to the route of Baidu navigation, I have never met anyone who blocks the road and extorts money. The people in Inner Mongolia I met are very kind. But when I was driving along the way, I also saw a lot of self-driving cars rushing into other people’s grasslands and driving randomly. Many of the grasslands were covered with axle marks. These are grasslands contracted by herdsmen. I don’t know if these people will be blackmailed by herdsmen. Money, I think, if this is my grassland, I will be very angry if someone else's car rushes in and drives indiscriminately, crushing the grass. If they were extorted money because of this, I can only say that they asked for it themselves, so they should burn their incense if they don't get beaten up by Fatty.

Shanghai in August is extremely hot. The grassland in August is indeed cool and pleasant, which is the best season for the grassland. Our family travels to the grassland at this time, which can be said to be a trip to escape the summer heat.

Since it is a summer vacation trip, my journey starts from the summer resort. Early in the morning of the first day, we took the high-speed train departing from Shanghai Station at 7 o'clock. After the Fuxing train speeded up, we arrived at Beijing South Railway Station in less than 5 hours. We had lunch at Beijing South Railway Station, took a short rest, and then went to have a hi Rent a car and pick up the car. Follow the navigation from the South Station to the Yihi parking lot for about 800 meters, and you can walk there in less than a quarter of an hour. Later, when you returned the car, you found out that this parking lot has a back door, and it is less than 200 meters from the back door. The navigation is not so smart, he pointed to the entrance of the parking lot, so he walked a few hundred meters more for the first time.

The blue one is the navigation route, and the red one is the route from the back door.

Considering the long-distance travel, I booked an Infiniti SUV on eHi, but when I got there, I found out that the previous tenant had temporarily extended the rental period, and the car did not come back. After negotiating with the car rental office for a long time, I finally agreed I changed to a Tiguan, and the price was reduced appropriately. It used to be around 3800 for an 8-day long-term rental, but now it’s down to around 3200. I bought a small damage insurance with the remaining money, and the damages within 4000 yuan are deductible, but in the end I returned the car intact.

From Beijing South Railway Station to the Chengde Hotel I booked in Chengde, the distance is 234.6 kilometers, from the third ring to the fourth ring, and then on the Jingcheng Expressway. Due to the traffic jam in Beijing, it takes about 4 hours, and the total expressway toll is 105 yuan.

After checking in in Chengde, I went directly to a restaurant called Impression Chengde for dinner. The per capita consumption of this restaurant is less than 70 yuan. There are some creative dishes, which is very satisfying. However, due to the large number of diners, you need to wait for a seat. The hotel is on a small road, and parking is not very convenient. It is recommended to walk there.

The next day, I drove to the Putuo Zongcheng Temple, which is the most representative Tibetan Buddhist building in Chengde. It is the largest of the "Eight Outer Temples" in Chengde. The meaning of the Potala Palace in the Chinese language, so the temple was built in imitation of the Potala Palace in Lhasa, also known as the Little Potala Palace. The Putuo Zongcheng Temple covers a large area, and its main building is the Dahongtai, which is large in scale. The Wanfa Guiyi Hall in the center is the main hall of the temple. The top of the main hall is covered with gilded copper tiles. More than 14,000 taels of gold were supplied and consumed, which fully reflected the strength of the Qing Dynasty at that time. It takes about 2 hours to visit the Putuo Zongcheng Temple. I originally planned to complete the Putuo Zongcheng Temple and the Sumeru Fushou Temple in the morning, but considering that the time to visit the Summer Resort is too tight, I gave up the latter. After leaving the temple Just go back to the hotel, park and have a meal, and then walk about one kilometer to the Mountain Resort. The parking lot of Chengde Mountain Resort is also far away from the gate. Considering that the hotel is not far from the Mountain Resort, in order to avoid parking troubles, we chose to walk from the hotel to the mountain resort.

The Mountain Resort has a large scale, and it takes about 5-6 hours to walk around and take pictures. The Mountain Resort is divided into four areas, namely the palace area, the lake area, the plain area, and the mountain area. The Biegong was built from the Kangxi Dynasty to the Qianlong Period. After more than 100 years, the main construction period was the Kangxi Period and the Qianlong Period, and the construction was stopped during the Yongzheng Period. Entering the villa from the Lizheng Gate, the first is the palace area. The palace area consists of Danbo Jingcheng Hall, Sizhi Bookstore, Yanbo Zhishuang Hall, and Yunshan Resort Building are composed of buildings. According to the layout of the front court and the back bedroom, Danbo Jingcheng Hall is the place where the emperor works and holds court meetings. It is the largest one in the entire palace area. The building, the whole building is made of nanmu, which costs a lot, giving people a solemn and simple feeling. Behind this hall is the Four Knows Bookstore. The Four Knows in the Four Knows Bookstore does not refer to the four knowledges of "Heaven knows, the earth knows, you know, I know", but the "Gentleman knows the little, the knowledge" in "Book of Changes - Xici". To show, to know softness, to know strength, is the hope of all husbands." As the name suggests, Sizhi Bookstore should be the emperor's study room and a place where ministers are summoned. Further on is the so-called "back bedroom". The main hall is Yanbo Zhishuang Hall, which is the emperor's bedroom. Among the emperors of the Qing Dynasty, two emperors, Jiaqing and Xianfeng, died here. In addition, it was also the Xinyou coup. At the end of the Second Opium War, the Qing government was forced to sign the "Beijing Treaty" between China and Britain, China and France, and China and Russia, ceding Kowloon and other places to Britain. The treaty was signed here by Emperor Xianfeng. Yunshan Resort Building is located behind Yanbo Zhishuang Hall. It is a small two-story building with a rockery in front of the building. From the first floor to the second floor, you have to go up the rockery stone steps. It is now closed.

Walking out of the Yunshan Resort Building, you will leave the palace area and enter the lake scenic area. You will see the lake area on your right and the mountain area on your left. The lake in the lake area is divided by bridges and small islands. The scenery is different and the layout is strange. Wonderful idea, many scenic spots imitate the beauty of the south of the Yangtze River, such as the Yanyu Tower in Jiaxing, Jinshan in Zhenjiang and other buildings, giving people the feeling that this place is not outside the Great Wall, but in the south of the Yangtze River. We started our tour from Shuixin Pavilion on the far right. Shuixin Pavilion is a long embankment in the lake, with three small pavilions on it, each with its own characteristics. There are lotus flowers planted beside the long embankment. In the south of the Yangtze River, August is in full bloom, and the large lotus flowers set off the palace by the water, which is refreshing. Along the Cailing Ferry to Ruyi Island, watch the Yanyu Building, and visit Jinshan Island, giving people the feeling of returning to the south of the Yangtze River. When we reached Jinshan Pavilion, we almost walked out of the lake area. The plain area is very large. Due to time constraints, we just walked to Rehe Spring, looked at Luhe Pagoda in the distance, then walked back along the grassland, passed the yurt restaurant along the way, and arrived at Ruyi Island. Ruyi Island has a rockery, and a rockery is reflected in the lake, just like a round moon printed in the water, which is also a scene.

Back to the starting point, the other side is a mountain area, you can take a sightseeing bus up the mountain, 20 yuan per person, stop at three scenic spots, the first scenic spot is due to time constraints, the driver suggested not to stop, the second scenic spot is the city wall, you can look at the Putuozong Chengzhi Temple and the Panchen Lama Palace, you can also see the famous stick on Xinchui Peak. The third scenic spot is Lenggong, a few small houses, you can see the mountain view from the platform. Generally speaking, there are not many scenic spots in the mountainous area, and it is of little significance. It takes about an hour to complete the tour.

After the tour, I ate Chengde’s famous dumplings at the Daqinghua Dumpling Restaurant opposite the Mountain Resort. There are skins of various colors and fillings of many flavors, but the taste is average. Cheap.

On the third day, I went to Puning Temple. Puning Temple is a temple with a combination of Han and Tibetan styles. It was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. The first half of the temple is a Han-style temple pattern. The second half of the main building is the Great Buddha Hall, which has six floors and double eaves. There are four characters "Hongxiu Puyin" on the lintel of the hall door, which are written by Emperor Qianlong. The largest golden lacquer wood carving Buddha in the world is enshrined in the hall. Therefore, Puning Temple is also known as the Great Buddha Temple. This giant Buddha is a thousand-armed Avalokitesvara statue. In fact, there are not a thousand hands, but 42 hands. Except for the two hands clasped together, the other forty hands hold The magic weapon has eyes in the palm of the hand. Puning Temple is currently the only temple in Chengde where monks live. Behind the Great Buddha Hall is a building with the characteristics of Tibetan Buddhist architecture, and at the end is a rockery. There is a building on the mountain, and you can see the whole temple building after climbing up.

Next to Puning Temple is Puyou Temple. Puyou Temple is included in the Puning Temple ticket, but Puyou Temple has been destroyed by fire, and only the remains remain.

From Puning Temple, we set off directly to Wengniute Banner, from Chengde to Wengniute Banner, along the Daguang Expressway to Danxi Expressway, the whole journey is 283 kilometers, and we had lunch at the highway rest stop on the way. Before 5:00 p.m., we arrived at the Zicheng Hotel in Chifeng, where we stayed. The hotel is not far from the expressway, and we arrived shortly after getting off the expressway. When we arrived at Wengniute Banner, there was a heavy rain and we entered the urban area. Just like entering Zeguo, the whole city was flooded, and the accumulated water flooded the sidewalk. Fortunately, the hotel we stayed in was relatively high, and the front door was not flooded. The hotel parking lot was in front of the door. We drove through the accumulated water From the water to the sidewalk, I am afraid that the vehicle will be damaged by water, but fortunately there is no danger.

Chifeng Zicheng Hotel is the cheapest hotel we stayed in this time, but the service and facilities are not inferior to other hotels, and the price of the entire Ongniud Banner is also relatively cheap in this trip. In the evening, I found the famous local Mengdu 43°9 lamb hot pot for dinner through Dianping. It really lived up to its reputation and I was very satisfied. I especially recommend the fresh-cut lamb leg, which is very tender.

On the fourth day, I got up in the morning to check out and went to Yulong Shahu Scenic Area. The distance from the hotel where I stayed to Yulong Shahu Scenic Area was 30.8 kilometers. I couldn’t find the navigation destination on the Baidu map, so I used the destination given by Ctrip tickets. Baidu navigated there, but the result was tragic. I navigated directly to a small rocky road in Yulongsha Lake. I just turned in and found something wrong. There was a deep ditch in front of me. If I drove a little further, I would fall into the ditch and get out. I couldn't come, so I had to reverse the car and get out, but because the slope was very steep, the car would move forward as soon as the brake was released. I was so scared that I was sweating, so I dared to hit the accelerator and backed up quickly, so I was out of danger. The conclusion is: one way, you can navigate to the Yulong Shahu Container Hotel, you can get there, and the other is to look at the big sign at the intersection. There is a fork in the place where you are about to arrive, and there is a big sign with "Yulong Shahu" in the center. sign, but the person who set up the sign in the scenic spot may be a little brainless. It was set in the middle of the three-way road, making people wonder which way to go. At that time, we followed the destination navigation given by Ctrip and walked from the right. In fact, the correct way to go is from Right on the left. Not far forward ten meters to reach the entrance of the scenic spot. It is recommended that the scenic spot draw a clear big arrow on this big sign, so that everyone will not go wrong.

Yulongsha Lake, the well-known Neolithic cultural landmark of Hongshan in the Neolithic Age in 1971 - "China's first dragon" was unearthed here, tracing back the origin of China's 5,000-year ancient civilization history for more than 1,000 years. Therefore, the scenic spot is named "Yulongsha Lake".

Yulongsha Lake is a collective name for a large desert. The scenic spots that charge tickets are a small part of it. There are many areas managed by herdsmen in the surrounding area. No tickets are charged. You can do off-road vehicles and ride camels in it, and you will be charged according to the number of times. Ctrip.com Some people also say that it is more cost-effective not to buy tickets. I suggest that you not be cheated out of your money, but those who say this have never entered the scenic spot. I don’t know what is the basis for him to say that it is more fun outside. My suggestion is to buy tickets to enter the scenic spot. I am not a trustee of the scenic spot, and there is no need to applaud the scenic spot fees. On the contrary, I hate the high fees of Chinese scenic spots, but everyone spends money to travel, spends money, and spends time. When I arrived at the scenic spot, I turned around at the entrance and thought that the areas that charge money are not as good as the areas that do not charge money. I think unless the managers of the scenic spots are out of their minds, they leave the good areas outside. There must be a reason why this area is classified as a scenic spot for management and 75 yuan is charged for the entrance fee. The best ones must be included. The sand lake is in the scenic area, and the best scenery is in the scenic area. The periphery without tickets is the general desert. You can't see the most beautiful scenery without buying tickets. Of course, everything is a matter of benevolence and wisdom. But those who have not bought tickets to enter have no right to speak, so don't talk nonsense without knowing the overall situation. There are many critical comments in the back of my travel note, because when I was doing the strategy this time, I saw too many negative comments and false comments in the comments behind many attractions. I have been misled by these comments many times, and I want to clear the root cause with my own experience.

Regarding this type of desert tour, I personally have some experience. I have been to Crescent Lake in Mingsha Mountain in Dunhuang, Gansu Province, and this time I also went to Yulongsha Lake. The characteristics of these two attractions have the same characteristics, that is, a bar in the desert Qingquan is surrounded by undulating sand dunes. The difference is that Yulong Sand Lake Desert is surrounded by mountains, strange rocks, and shrubs in the sand, unlike Mingsha Mountain, which is full of sand dunes. To visit such scenic spots, one is to ride a camel. I don’t recommend riding a camel to walk around the sand hills. I prefer to shuttle between the sand dunes by myself, climb up to the top of the sand dunes, and look far away. ,a list of small hills. The second is to take an off-road vehicle. I personally don’t like adventure and excitement. If you like it, you might as well try it. The third is sandboarding. You can try it. You can rent a sandboard for 15 yuan, and you can take it with you when you encounter a hillside. You can slide down the slope, but if you do sand skiing specifically for sand skiing, you will feel cheated. After all, you have worked so hard to climb up and slide down in a few seconds. After climbing 2-3 times, your legs will probably become weak.

After visiting Yulongsha Lake, I went back to Ongniud Banner and had a Mongolian meal at Chilege Restaurant in the city. This restaurant can also be recommended. When ordering meals, you should pay special attention not to order too much. They The dishes at home are very large. The four of us ordered four dishes, but we couldn't finish half of them. Especially the prices of their dishes are very reasonable, and they are a conscientious business.

After lunch, we set off for the Ulan Butong tourist area. It is about 200 kilometers from Ongniud Banner to Ulan Butong, and turn along the Wudeng Line to the Wulan Line. They are all provincial roads. The roads are good and the roads are official. Entering the grassland, there is a piece of grassland scenery. Since it is not a highway, you can stop and take pictures at any time when you see a place with a good view. It is a relatively easy journey. The 200-kilometer journey took nearly 4 hours to drive, and we arrived before 5 o'clock. You need to buy tickets to enter the Ulan Butong Grassland, 120 yuan. Those who stay in the scenic spot also buy tickets. If you buy tickets online in advance, please pay attention to saving the text message. There is no signal at the ticket office, and various apps cannot be opened. If you do not buy tickets online, you have to pay cash, and you cannot use WeChat or Alipay.

It takes more than 20 kilometers to enter the scenic spot before we can reach the hotel we stayed in. The hotel we booked is near the Hongshan Army Racecourse, Ulan Butong Fengxing Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel is the best in the nearby area and has a large yard. , parking is very convenient. There are a lot of vehicles driving out at night, I think it should be to see the stars, the grassland is full of stars, it needs to go to a place without lights to be more beautiful.

On the fifth day, visit the Ulan Butong Grassland all day. The location of the Ulan Butong Grassland is in the north of the paddock in Hebei Province. It is famous for Emperor Kangxi's war against Galdan. The Ulan Butong Grassland is a large area. The collective name of the area, this scenic spot is relatively scattered, and you must have a car. Our tour route starts from the Hongshan Army Horse Farm near the accommodation, to the Ulan Butong Film and Television Base, to Hengli Mountain, to Wucai Mountain, and then back on the same road , to the European-style scenic area, and finally to Jiangjun Paozi.

The Hongshan Army Horse Farm is mainly a hotel gathering place. There are horse riding in the pasture. We just ignored it and went to the Ulan Butong Film and Television Base. This is a very small scenic spot. There are only a few yurts. This yurt is found in the scenes of many TV dramas, and it seems that there are such scenes in movies such as "The Legend of the Condor Heroes". In fact, it doesn't make much sense.

Going further past Beigou, there is a scenic spot called Hengli Mountain. This scenic spot is not introduced on Ctrip, but there are many vehicles staying here, causing a big congestion. The roadside is full of cars. Anyway, I can’t drive there. , I simply parked on the side of the road and climbed up Hengli Mountain. Unexpectedly, the scenery here is very beautiful. There are grasslands, lakes in the distance, and strange rocks. No matter the close-up or the distant view, it is very beautiful. It is recommended to go up the mountain for sightseeing. People follow the crowd. When we went there, there was a big traffic jam, but when we came back, there were less than 10 cars parked there, and the road was smooth. It is estimated that few people went up the mountain.

Go ahead and go to Wucai Mountain. The scenic spot is located in the most southwest corner of Ulan Butong Scenic Area. In August, it is not worth going. The so-called Wucai Mountain means that it will be autumn when the leaves on the mountain will show colorful colors. At this time It is the most beautiful, but it is still green in August, which is not interesting. And the parking lot here is unmanaged, very chaotic, some unscrupulous drivers will deliberately block the way, if you ask her to make way, she will ask you to beg her, otherwise she will be in a bad mood, too lazy to move the car Because of the reason, I refused to give way, and I was stuck in traffic for more than ten minutes. After the cars on the side left, a row of cars could move. This is the local who left the worst impression on me, but this kind of people in the whole tour Still rarely encountered.

On the way back, we encountered a fork in the road. If we turned right, we could reach Jiapigou. We were driving fast, but we accidentally missed it. Thinking about the time constraints, we gave up.

In fact, not far from the film and television base, there is a European-style scenic area, which is a perfect combination of forest and grassland. Zhao Nanqi, former vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said that this is the most beautiful grassland he has ever seen, even more beautiful than European grasslands. So it was named the European-style scenic area.

Leaving the European-style scenic area, I went to Jiangjun Paozi. This is a place where the management of the entire Ulan Butong is relatively chaotic. There are many, and the waiting time will be very long, so be prepared. The characteristic of the market is that it is dirty and messy, so we must be mentally prepared. There are still a few kilometers away from the market to the scenic spot of Jiangjun Paozi. There is no road, and cars cannot enter. You can only take the scenic spot's carriage or ride a horse. There are several scenic spots in Jiangjun Paozi, including Yeya Lake, Jiangjun Paozi, etc. It is about 1 kilometer to Jiangjun Paozi by horse-drawn carriage, and the cost is 200 yuan. When you get on the carriage, they will fool you to go to Yeya Lake. If you go to Yeya Lake alone, it is 350 yuan. Yuan, the coachman will ask you to give him another 200 yuan to go there, saying that you don’t have to hand it in, it’s cheaper. Most people will be persuaded, and we have no choice but to pay more. We went to Wild Duck Lake. The main reason is that it is not easy for the coachman. In fact, the characteristics of Yeya Lake and Jiangjun Paozi are similar, they are both a clear spring in the grassland, and there are slight differences. There are horse riders in the two scenic spots. Be careful not to be fooled. We were fooled. It costs 50 yuan to ride once, but once you ride, they will fool you to ride from Yeya Lake to Jiangjun Paozi and let you ride Give him another 150 yuan, and bargain to 100 yuan. Only after riding it did he realize that it costs only 100 yuan to ride at Hongshan Army Racecourse for an hour. If you go to Gongzhu Lake, it costs 50 yuan an hour. You can ride here from Yeya Lake to Jiangjun Paozi In less than 15 minutes, 150 yuan was charged. Therefore, everyone must be careful and negotiate a good price. The locals are still trustworthy and will never regret the negotiated price.

The ancient battlefield where Kangxi fought against Gerdan was located in General Paozi. In the spring of the 29th year of Kangxi, Galdan's tribe rebelled. By July, 30,000 cavalry from Galdan's tribe marched into Ulan Butong, claiming 100,000 to the outside world. Beijing is only 700 kilometers away, and the capital was shaken. Kangxi led an army of 100,000 horses to fight against the enemy. The actual number was a little more than 40,000. He set up 60 camps in Ulan Butong, and the battalion was 40 miles away. Gerdan's troops were captured, but Gerdan escaped and was not captured alive. Standing in General Paozi, you can’t see the heroic scenes of 100,000 troops fighting here with gold and iron horses, guns firing, horses galloping, and corpses strewn all over the field, but a peaceful grassland pastoral, feeling the changes of time and space, and the stars moving.

Leave Jiangjun Paozi, drive away, about 30 kilometers, to Huamugou, Huamugou and Hamoba Scenic Spot together, the ticket is not included in the ticket of Ulan Butong Scenic Spot, and you have to pay 30 yuan for the ticket, the scenic spot is also very large, you need Driving in, you need to walk in to Huamugou, and you can't drive. Due to time constraints, we didn't go deep into the forest. We just visited the nearest piece of birch forest, and then drove to Hamaba. There is a sea of flowers along the way, colorful, It's a pity that the time is limited, and I don't have time to watch it carefully. After playing around, I hurried to Hexiketeng Banner. From Huamugou to Hexiketeng Banner, it is about 100 kilometers, and I turned along the Jingwu line. The mountain line can be reached. It takes about 2 hours and less than a little on the road, and we will arrive at the hotel at about 7 o'clock.

For dinner, I ate dinner at Sunit Fresh Lamb next to the hotel. The price is a little higher than Ongniud Banner. I especially recommend their mutton dumplings, which are large and delicious, but you must order them if you want to eat their mutton dumplings. With enough patience, we waited for almost an hour to eat. Unfortunately, we ate too much mutton in front of us and couldn’t eat it. In the end, we had to take it away. In addition, their cold drinks can be tasted for free, but unfortunately there is not enough The appetite can hold so much.

On the sixth day, I visited the Keshigten Stone Array Scenic Area according to the plan. Before going to the Keshigten Stone Array Scenic Area, I struggled for a long time while doing the strategy. I am very yearning for the scenic spot. This is a beautiful scenery, It is a scenic spot worth visiting, but after seeing the online reviews, I was very conflicted. The online reviews focused on comparing prices. First, the tickets were expensive and not worth it; second, the roads were bad and roads were being repaired everywhere; These comments are full of comments at the back of the scenic spot. After I went there, I found that this is not the case at all. First, this is a well-managed scenic spot. The so-called good or bad, you will know when you go to the toilet; second, from the price Generally speaking, the prices of tourist spots in China are very high. It’s not that this place is inflated. Compared with similar scenic spots, the price here is quite reasonable. If you have been to the Devil’s City in Dunhuang, by comparison , it is more value for money here; third, the route is not easy to find, it is indeed a bit, but just follow the Baidu navigation, and there is no problem. I feel that the public relations of this scenic spot really need to reflect on it. A good scenic spot needs reflection if it is said to be like this. In addition, Ctrip is also responsible. It is necessary to do a little screening for the subsequent comments, otherwise it is easy to mislead. other's.

One of the comments said that we should follow Ctrip's instructions. I want to point out responsibly that everyone should not believe it. I just saw this comment written with blood and tears, believed what this person said, used Ctrip’s point to go to Baidu, and saw the route drawn by this comment, so I followed this route. Before turning from the Dada Line to the exclusive road of a certain copper company, the roadside sign pointed out that we must continue to move forward, but Baidu said to turn in. I believed Ctrip's point without hesitation and followed Baidu to turn. I went into this special road, but when I navigated halfway, I found that I turned into a small path that was not a road at all. I know, I was fooled again, and was led into a ditch again. I didn’t think about it and went back the same way. It was about 12 kilometers away. After returning to the arrival line, I reset the destination and followed Baidu’s destination. As a result, the navigation kept making me turn around and go back to the road I walked. Hesitating, the road signs and Baidu's instructions are different, which one should I believe? Fortunately, I made a correct decision and believed in Baidu, so I went back and walked into the road dedicated to the copper company. When I returned to Ctrip, I was going to navigate to the ditch, showing the place I was about to arrive. Continue to move forward, there are still more than 30 kilometers to arrive, and finally follow Baidu's instructions to reach the scenic spot smoothly. What I want to say is that the first picture in that comment is indeed wrong. This is the sign on the road, and the line in front is also accessible. According to the map, it should be the north gate of the scenic spot, which is better than the south gate. The gate was opened for more than 10 kilometers. Originally, there was a road from the south gate to the north gate, but now the road is being repaired, and it has been blocked and cannot pass. The second picture in this review is indeed the location of Ctrip, but this end point is wrong. This end point is more than 30 kilometers away from the scenic spot, and we have to continue to move forward. Turn left at the intersection of the special road and continue to move forward to reach it. That is to say, there is one less bend in this picture, and more than 30 kilometers of lines are missing. I spent so many words writing such a paragraph, I sincerely hope that everyone will not be misled like me again.

This scenic spot is hard to find, and it’s justifiable. The road signs are all written as Keshiketeng Stone Array Scenic Spot. The tickets for the scenic spot show that it is also called Keshiketeng Stone Array Tourist Area, but there are online places called Ashatu Bingshilin, Or the Ashatu Stone Forest, the map obtained from the hotel in Hexigten Banner also shows that it is called Ashatu Stone Forest. In short, the various names make people feel at a loss. Kilometers, about 2 hours by car. The comment said that it only takes 1.5 hours from Dalinuoer Lake to the scenic spot, which is obviously according to Ctrip's route. Ctrip's route is indeed only about 60 kilometers, but it is far from the scenic spot.

However, the scenery along the way to Stonehenge is also very charming. The Dada Line is known as the most beautiful road in the grassland, and it is well-deserved.

To enter the Stone Array Scenic Area, you need to transfer to the bus in the scenic area to reach each scenic spot. The scenic area is divided into five major areas, namely the Grassland Stone Forest Scenic Area, the Grassland Stone Fort Scenic Area, the Grassland Tianzhu Scenic Area, the Grassland Kunpeng Scenic Area, the Grassland Stone City Scenic Area, and the Grassland Stone City Scenic Area. That is, the bus passes along the way. Take the scenic bus to reach the Grassland Stone Forest and Grassland Stone Fort scenic spots. After the tour, you can change cars here to go to the other two scenic spots. The first scenic spot is the largest. You can see it from a distance just after getting off the bus The shape of the strange stone "Jade Rabbit Welcomes Guests" is vivid, and then along the plank road, you can see scenic spots such as Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Laojun Danlu, Ganoderma lucidum Peak, Tianxia Granary, Arhat Array, Seven Fairies, Peking Man, Moon Castle, Fishtail Tower, Immortal Game, etc. , the most beautiful is the Seven Fairies Stone Array, which is the landmark scenic spot of the scenic spot. There is a fork in the scenic spot when you get out of the scenic spot. You can go to Xianrenshitao, which is not far away, but the sincerity is average. If you are short on time, it is not recommended to visit.

Back to the bus point, there is a battery car to go to the second scenic spot, which is the grassland Tianzhu scenic spot. This scenic spot is relatively small. Scenic spots include Book Mountain, Crouching Hump, Three Knots, Biped Baby Ding and other scenic spots.

Take the battery car back to the transfer point, transfer to another scenic spot bus, and arrive at the last scenic spot, the grassland Kunpeng scenic spot. Several scenic spots overlooking the distance are not particularly similar. This scenic spot can end in about 10 minutes, then take a bus back to the transfer point, and take the scenic spot bus back to the gate of the scenic spot.

The Keshiketeng Stone Array is actually formed after the weathering of granite. What is rare is that so many vivid strange rocks are in such a concentrated place, which is indeed rare to see in other places, and it is still very worth visiting.

From Hexigten Stone Array Scenic Spot to Linuoer Lake, the journey is 125.3 kilometers, which takes about 2 hours by car. After leaving the scenic spot, return along the original road, turn from Dada Line to Jixi Line, and finally turn into a narrow path. You can reach Dalinuoer Lake. In fact, in Mongolian, "Nuoer" means lake, so strictly speaking, there is no need to add a word "lake" after "Dalinuoer". Tickets for Dalinuoer Scenic Spot cost 90 yuan per person. This is really a bit of a scam. In addition, 20 yuan is charged for the battery fare, which is too expensive. The route is also much longer, and the charge is also 20 yuan. The distance here is a little more than 1 kilometer at most, but it also costs 20 yuan, and the service is not good. It is recommended not to take a car, and walk along the wetland plank road by the lake. , and you can see the scenery. If you go to the lakeside wharf by car, there are only their charging items, such as yachts, speedboats, etc., which are nothing to watch. The main facilities of the scenic spot are in the wetlands, as well as the bird watching area, it is better to walk along the plank road.

After playing in Dalinuoer for less than an hour, I came out. I really didn't have any fun. After coming out, drive directly to Xilinhot City. In fact, there is no need to add the word "city" here. In Mongolian, "Hot" means town, which is also suspected of tautology. From Dalinuoer to Xilinhot, the total 91.4 kilometers, and then go out along a small road, but the road out is wider than the road in, and the road condition is much better. It may be the main road into Dalinuoer. Then drive to the Jixi line, and you can get on the Danxi Expressway after a short drive, and you will arrive at Xilinhot in more than an hour. In fact, it is not bad if you keep walking along the Jixi line. This is a national road with good road conditions, and the speed can reach 100 kilometers. Going up, the national highway is regarded as a high-speed drive, but we are afraid of being photographed for violating the regulations, so we honestly take the high speed. There are fewer cars on the high speed, and it is very enjoyable to drive.

Overnight in Xilinhot City, and had a simple dinner next door to the hotel.

On the seventh day, go to Beizi Temple in the morning. Beizi Temple is located in Xilinhot City. It is one of the four famous temples in Inner Mongolia. Therefore, Beizi Temple is a very important place for Xilinhot. At present, only a small part of the Beizi Temple is open, which is the temple. The left and right sides are not open, so it may take half an hour to walk around. Behind the Beizi Temple is Aobao Mountain. There are about 100 steps to reach the top of the mountain. .

Coming out of Beizi Temple, I originally planned to go to the Xilin Gol Grassland. I followed the Baidu navigation, but I arrived at a grassland. The locals said that this is a private place. We saw that many cars were brought here by Baidu Navigation, and they all looked at a loss. Here It's not a scenic spot at all, I don't know what Baidu navigation is all about. On the way back to Beijing the next day, we decided to go to the Baidu navigation point and continue to drive forward. Maybe it will be the same as the last time we went to the Keshiketeng Stone Formation Scenic Spot. A lot of cars were brought here by Baidu Navigation, and we drove forward for a while, feeling more and more wrong. Later, we went to Baidu map to study carefully, only to find that the Xilin Gol Grassland Nature Reserve is not the same as the Xilingol League Grassland. The distance between the two places is very far. If we miss a single word, we will lose a thousand miles. However, whether the Xilin Gol League Grassland is the correct place, we don’t have time to research it.

However, on the way to Xilin Gol Grassland, we passed Pingdingshan, and the scenery here is also amazing. Unfortunately, when we went, the sightseeing car in the scenic spot was called, and the rest broke down again and did not go up the mountain.

We can only temporarily change the itinerary. They suggested that we go to Huitengxile Botanical Garden not far from here, so we drove 20 kilometers to Huitengxile Botanical Garden. This is a typical grassland scenery with various grassland plants. It is worth it Playing, but the facilities here are relatively simple, except that the road has been repaired in the Willow Orchid Botanical Garden. Strictly speaking, the cinder road is a road paved with volcanic cinders, with bumps and pits along the way), from the willow orchid garden to the crater, it is driven in the grass, along the axles pressed by the predecessors, and the road is endless. The more confused I was, I didn’t know if I could drive to the destination. Many cars probably had the same mentality as us. They turned around and drove back after a short while. Because the rutted road on the grass is very narrow, it is very difficult to meet the car. Caoli went to give way to the car that drove back, but we still had firm confidence and insisted on moving forward. After driving for nearly an hour, we finally arrived at the crater, but when we really arrived at the crater, the feeling was normal, that is, it was the same as other places Grasslands, there is not much difference. However, the wild flower valley passing by on the road, all kinds of grassland flowers, are colorful, and the grass grows to knee height. Here, I feel the depths of the grassland. The scenery is beautiful. It is also a good tourist feeling to drive and stop all the way, take pictures. . From the crater to the exit, along the rough road paved with volcanic slag, you can drive there in about half an hour. There is no road sign, no navigation, so you can only drive hard. There is a fork in the middle to go to Aobao Scenic Area and Pigeon Mountain Scenic Area. We Due to time constraints, I did not go again.

At the end of the tour, because it was too late, I didn't go back to Pingdingshan to play, so I could only temporarily adjust it to go back tomorrow. Go directly to Xilin Jiuqu, there is a yurt hotel in Xilin Jiuqu, and there is no Jiuqu River in the grassland as imagined, or there is no water in Jiuqu, there is a small grassland lake, which is not of much play value.

In the evening, I took a taxi to the famous Saidmon restaurant in the local area for dinner. I didn’t expect this restaurant to be so popular. We waited in line for more than an hour, and it was not until 8:30. We ordered the roast leg of lamb, which was a big one and cut it up There was a large plate at the end, the four of us couldn't finish it, so we packed half of it and took it home, just to make tomorrow's lunch, and the yogurt is also worth recommending. But my feeling is that, apart from the roasted leg of lamb, this is already an improved Mongolian meal, not as authentic as we eat in Ongniud Banner.

On the eighth day, I originally planned to go to the Yuanshangdu Ruins and Huizong Temple on the way back, but temporarily added the Pingdingshan project, and spent more than an hour in Pingdingshan. Considering that it takes more than 2 hours to go to the Yuanshangdu Ruins, back and forth It takes 4 hours, and you may not be able to make it to Beijing that day, so you have to give up.

Pingdingshan has a flat-topped mountain formed by more than a dozen volcanic eruptions. It feels like a miniature Mt. Fuji. A flat top is covered with volcanic slag. It is also very good to feel the feeling of sitting in the crater.

From Xilinhot to Beijing, transfer along Xizhang Expressway to Jingzhang Expressway. The whole journey is more than 600 kilometers. The strange thing is that the road is smooth and there are few vehicles on the road in Inner Mongolia. However, as soon as the Mengji Huitenghe Toll Station is passed, there will be more vehicles immediately. I don’t know where these cars come from, and the traffic is getting more and more congested. We set off from Pingdingshan at 10 o’clock and didn’t arrive in Beijing until 6 o’clock. Several sections of the journey were congested and moving slowly, and we arrived at Tiandu, Beijing It’s getting dark, so I found a roast duck restaurant near the hotel. It feels like a new concept of roast duck. It’s very particular, very delicate, and the cuts are very fine. There are duck skin, duck meat, and a little duck neck skin, but the price It is also quite scary, it costs more than 400, and it feels a bit like being slaughtered.

On the ninth day, I drove to Lugou Bridge in the morning, and returned directly to the car rental point of Beijing South Railway Station to return the car. After lunch, I took the high-speed train back to Shanghai, ending the 9-day itinerary.
